We are proud to announce that our Industry Leader this month is Stacey McKay, the Broker/Owner of Rental Home Management Services, Inc., a full-service residential property management company serving Central Florida, and, the President of Property Management University, Inc., a permitted Florida Real Estate School.
Stacey has built a reputation as an industry leader dedicated to professionalism, education, and raising the standard of excellence in residential property management. With four decades of experience in Florida real estate, a longtime NARPM member and leader, Stacey will be installed as the 2027 President of the Florida State Chapter of NARPM during the conference cruise aboard Royal Caribbean's Utopia of the Seas—a historic first for a Florida State President installation aboard a cruise ship!

- 34 years as a Florida Real Estate Broker and Realtor®
Throughout her career, Stacey has owned and operated several successful real estate companies. Her greatest professional passion, however, is Rental Home Management Services, the company she purchased in 2021 from her longtime mentor, Gail Moncla, after more than a decade leading its operations and business development. That journey reflects Stacey's belief that integrity, perseverance, and investing in people ultimately create lasting success.
The Drive to Educate and Advance the Profession
Beyond managing residential investment properties, Stacey is a sought-after educator and speaker who is passionate about equipping property management professionals with practical strategies that strengthen their businesses while elevating the profession as a whole. Whether speaking from the stage, teaching at associations and Board of Realtors, or mentoring future industry leaders, her mission remains the same: to serve others with excellence and leave the property management industry stronger than she found it.
For 26 of her 40 years in real estate, Stacey has had the privilege of working alongside her husband, John. Together they have built businesses, served property owners and residents, and shared a passion for advancing the real estate profession. John and Stacey have recently begun to have more involvement with legislative advocacy as well, working to help protect property rights and strengthen Florida's property management industry.
Family and Personal Values
Together, Stacey and John are the proud parents of four grown children, all of whom live and work in Central Florida, and four grandchildren who bring them endless joy.
While Stacey is grateful for the milestones and leadership opportunities throughout her career, she believes her greatest legacy will never be measured by titles or accomplishments, but by:
- The lives she has encouraged
- The professionals she has mentored
- The relationships she has built along the way
It's a philosophy that has earned her the affectionate nickname at Florida NARPM as "Momma Stacey" among many of her friends, colleagues and cherished affiliates!
Leadership in NARPM
A longtime member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), Stacey has served in numerous leadership positions at the local, state, and national levels throughout her career. Her passion for education, legislative advocacy, and mentoring fellow property management professionals has earned her the respect of colleagues across Florida and throughout the national NARPM community.
In September 2026, Stacey will make history as the first Florida State NARPM President to be installed aboard a cruise ship during the Florida State Conference on Royal Caribbean's Utopia of the Seas—symbolizing an exciting chapter in the Florida association's history.
