Do you need to provide the Florida Landlord/Tenant Act to the Tenant? Maybe.
Depending on the lease you are using you may be required to provide a copy of the full Residential Landlord Tenant Act Section 83, Part 2 to the Tenants upon lease signing. If you use the Supreme Court Approved a/k/a FAR/BAR Lease, you are required to provide the Tenants with the Act. If your attorney prepares your lease, it is completely unnecessary. Another reason why using the lease prepared by our office is beneficial.
