QUICK TIPS FOR NONPAYMENT OF RENT,
NONRENEWALS AND NONCOMPLIANCES
NONPAYMENT OF RENT:
Use 3 DAY NOTICE for all rent owed including August rent
LATE FEES: We recommend that they are not charged until September
PARTIAL PAYMENTS: If you accept a partial payment, you will need to give a new 3 DAY NOTICE
- Month to Month - SERVE NOTICE OF NONRENEWAL at least 15 days prior to September 30 for tenant to vacate September 30
- Leases – serve Notice of Nonrenewal in accordance with lease
Serve 7 DAY NOTICE TO CURE or TERMINATE depending on noncompliance. Refuse rent if proceeding on 7 Day Notice of Noncompliance.
