We are proud to announce that our Industry Leader this month is Daniel Rothrock. Known to most of his friends as "Dan," he's a Broker Associate, Director of Property Management, Master Property Manager, and a real leader in the single-family home management industry.
From Architecture to Education to Real Estate
Born and raised in High Point, NC, Daniel attended North Carolina State University where he studied architecture and later, industrial design. It was while in college that Daniel met his beautiful wife, Abby. In 2006 he opened a mortgage company and served as a realtor to his local community.
In 2007, Daniel earned a Master's degree in Educational Administration and became an educator at Strawberry Crest High School in east Hillsborough Co., teaching advanced mathematics and technology in the International Baccalaureate Program. Daniel and Abby welcomed the birth of their son, Hayden Gray, in 2009 and a year later their daughter, Isabella (Bella) Marie was born.
Reaching the Top of the Profession
With his finger on the pulse of the entire property management department, Daniel is always looking for innovative ways to provide a superior experience for all of our customers. In 2019, Daniel received his Master Property Manager designation—the highest level a member can attain through the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM).
Leadership in the Industry
Daniel, who served as the President of the Tampa Bay chapter of NARPM in 2021 and the Florida State Chapter in 2022, continues to set an excellent example as the Southeast Regional Vice President/Ambassador in 2023. He is a role model and a trusted advisor in the Property Management industry. His expertise in local, state, and federal regulations and technical operations has earned him an esteemed reputation.
Daniel believes in taking a lead-by-example approach, minimizing risk, and simplifying the property management process for all of his clients. His dedication and hard work have been instrumental in his rise to the top, and his colleagues and peers look up to him for inspiration and guidance. As the Regional Vice President/Ambassador, Daniel demonstrates his commitment to excellence, leaving a lasting impact on the Property Management industry.

During his daily activities, Daniel also makes time to encourage the professional growth of Eaton staff members. He says, "I love watching the company grow and evolve, as well as seeing people who've previously had little to no experience in real estate become superstars!"
